About Us

Freemasonry is one of the oldest social and charitable organisations in the world and its principles are Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity. We have no political or religious affiliations, we comprise members of all ages, races, religions, cultures and backgrounds.

The Masonic Lodge of Almanzora can trace its roots in this area back to the 1800´s and was re-founded in its current form, as an English speaking Lodge under the Constitution of the Grand Lodge of Spain in 2005. We hold regular meetings in Albox and hold a number of social and fund raising events over the year.
